Common questions about getting in touch
- How quickly will I get a reply?
- Messages sent through the form or by email are usually answered within one working day. Weekends and public holidays can take a little longer. You always get a reply from a real person rather than an empty automated acknowledgement.
- What is this contact channel for?
- Product questions, feedback on the app and the beta programme, reports of bugs or unclear content, press enquiries, and anything to do with data protection or data access requests. Suggestions for new topics in the magazine are welcome too.
- Can I report an emergency here?
- No. Preplify is not an emergency channel and does not replace authorities or emergency services. If people face immediate danger, call your local emergency number; in Germany and across the European Union that number is 112. Current official warnings for your region are on our alerts page.
- What happens to my data?
- We use what you send only to handle your enquiry. Processing is GDPR-compliant and runs on servers inside the European Union. The details are in our privacy policy, and we delete your message after handling it if you ask us to.
